Volume 2 of the Retrospect Annual Edition is Released

Internet & Jurisdiction uses its flagship publication, Retrospect, to ensure that the I&J dialogue process is evidence-based. Since 2012, Internet & Jurisdiction has compiled 460 cases of jurisdictional tensions online with 1,303 references to primary sources and background information. They provide a review of crucial dynamics to stimulate discussions and trigger research. 

All featured cases were chosen because of their relevance, as determined by the Internet & Jurisdiction Observatory. The Observatory is a network of leading academics currently composed of 32 selected international experts from 26 different institutions in 13 countries.
