Internet & Jurisdiction Dialogue Process

Internet & Jurisdiction is an evidence-based global multistakeholder dialogue process. It provides a neutral platform for states, international organizations, Internet platforms and operators, and civil society to explore the elaboration of a transnational due process framework. To inform its participants about emerging trends and high-level patterns, Internet & Jurisdiction has detected, curated, and categorized over 400 cases around the world over the past year. They show the tension between the cross-border nature of the Internet with its transnational online spaces and the patchwork of geographically defined national jurisdictions.
