The United Nations General Assembly Economic and Social Council has released a report on "Progress made in the implementation of and follow-up to the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society at the regional and international levels Report of the Secretary-General" (A/76/64−E/2021/11), referencing the work of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network.

The report highlights major activities undertaken by stakeholders during 2020 with regards to the implementation of the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) and was prepared by the secretariat of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).

The report references the work of the Internet & Jurisdiction Policy Network, Retrospect Database tracking internet jurisdiction cases.

The Internet and Jurisdiction Policy Network maintains a database of digital governance interventions worldwide.

The Retrospect database allows users to browse and search the compilation of these cases, dating back to 2012. It provides a unique source of information to document emerging norms, identify trends and high-level patterns, informs policy discussions, and fuel academic research. I&JPN has developed a tailored taxonomy to categorize the collected cases, ensuring a user-friendly and relevant search experience.
